While cricket is definitely a team sport, and you need everyone to contribute to winning, but let's look at the players that are certified matchwinners on their day.
Quiney
Harry Zaia: What more can we say after the gun all-rounder after he was BOG in the prelim win over Le Page last week. The smiling assassin top scored with 47 and them backed that up with a 5 fa to bowl his side to victory. And let's not forget the run out from the boundary to dismiss the opposition's most dangerous batsman. is he a star? Just ask him!
Chris 'Dirty' Manakis: While an injury cloud hangs over the club great, there's no doubting his unbelievable healing powers (or maybe he just didn't want to field again...) If he gets going with the bat, the veteran will put a few nails in
Elwood's coffin.
Campbell James: The gifted strokemaker concedes his 2018/19 campaign has been a little underwhelming, but there have been a few signs recently that the talented teen is starting to hit his straps. A sublime 78 in the semi final was dripping in the class the renowned ladies man is known for.
While these three boys will be important with the willow, a star-studded attack featuring veterans Mike Paxman, Michael Debono and skipper PD, along with loveable larrikin Mason and boom youngsters Daniel Ewart and Ethan Manakis, will also have a big say in the result.

Dave Bregazzi: When his team needed him, the skipper - fresh a hamstring transplant - led the way in the semi-final win over arch-rivals the Dazzlers, with a bowling performance that will go down as one of the guttiest in the club's history. His figures of 5/74 off 25.1 overs were something to be marvelled at.
Gill Thorne: When Father Time taps him on the shoulder, the veteran strokemaker just churns out another score. His 397 runs at 66 this season is a testament to the champion that he is. And like his skipper, when things get tough in the middle, you can expect Gill to roll up his sleeves and give his all until the final ball has been bowled.
Badger: When you look up X-factor in the dictionary, there's his ever-smiling face looking straight back at you. Whether he's tearing sides apart with his destructive batting or bamboozling batsman with ripping offies, the 'Badge' is a certified superstar. His masterful ton against Elwood earlier in the season will be fresh in their memories.
While those three will have a big say in the result, the thirds didn't finish on top of the ladder by a fluke. Wiley veteran Nick Timms is still clearing pickets, while Cameron, James Still, Ethan Manakis, Doc, 'iron gloves' Elkins and commander Zander have been integral to a dominant season.
You can rest assured both sides will give their all this weekend, so let's all get down to Le Page (where both games will be played) this weekend and support the boys in huge numbers.
Action gets underway from 1.30pm.
