It’s not every day you get to meet the best female cricketer in the world, but thanks to our friends at Washington Park CC & All Girls Cricket, that was what happened today for many of our U16 & U13 AGCC players today.The girls were invited to a training session at Packer Park with Meg Lanning. They got the chance to train and chat to Meg, ask questions and chew the fat about all things cricket. Massive thanks to Ros Batson & Chris Gorrie from Washington Park for letting our lionesses join in this exciting experience.
They might even get a run on Ch7 News & Herald Sun this Tuesday or Wednesday
